urythane molds
These are images for the poly-urythane molding process. The CNC cut foa models were too flimsy to withstand the repeated vacuum forming, so itis necessary to mold the plastic "flock-bots" out of a negative PVC mold of the objects. As you can see, it is a messy and time-restaintive process. Also, it is important to level the molds so the they are poured evenly. Please DO NOT mistake my kitchen fora meth-lab. It only looks like this for a minute.

This photo was taken at the base of Runyan Canyon, in Hollywood. I thought that it maight be nice to use this as an opportunity to frame downtown Los Angeles in a "forced-view" type of picture frame along the trail.
Thes two views are from Will Rogers State Beach, in Santa Monica. There is an underpass the exits two ways, to the left is the direct route to the beach, and straight ahead (shown here), is a path seldom used because it exits into the runoff from the street. I thought that this is a widely used corridor that could use a screen.
